Planted 1937. 100% whole bunch. In tank. Lifted peppery sour-cherry fragrance. Crushed rocks too. The tannins are fine and very slightly chewy and really moreish. Needs time for the roundness to come to this whole-bunch-shaped wine. Tender and elegant on the finish. Jancis Robinson
